Is it free or is it not free?
eForm Services Platform is powered by complex machine learning algorithms that help automation and you self-service your application. But, if that is not enough, you can always seek professional help over a chat or voice/video call from the service providers associated with the application.
However, this professional support and other professional services like Translation, Application Review, Mailing & courier are not free and are charged by the service providers directly.
Who processes my payment?
Payments are centrally processed by the eForm Services Platform. Your payments are remitted to the service provider once the service is consumed.
What are the service providers pricing based on?
eForm Services platform is a Service provider’s marketplace. All service providers list their own pricing and compete on that. We do not manage the service provider pricing. Service providers are free to list their prices based on their experience, ratings and the complexity of the service they have been requested to perform.
When do I pay for the service?
You buy services credit for the In-App services like chat, video/audio calls. These service credits are charged based on the duration of your call.
Other services like Translation, Review, Mailing & courier are charged before you submit your application to the service provider. Service provider only gets paid after the requested service is competed.
Do you charge sales or any other type of tax?
Taxes are dependent on the Service Provider location. Please look for the Taxes section on the application pricing page to know about them. All applications present you with a list of service providers to choose from. Each service provider lists his own Location, Service pricing and applicable Taxes.
What are my payment options?
We have teamed up with Stripe for payment processing. With Stripe, you can charge almost any kind of credit or debit card:
U.S. businesses can accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club.
Australian, Canadian, European, Hong Kongese, Japanese, and Singaporean businesses can accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
You can also accept gift and prepaid cards that are one of the above types. You can use Stripe to charge cards of these types from customers anywhere in the world.

What currencies do you accept?
Currency is provided by the Service Provider. Most service providers prefer to use USD but some choose to use the currency of the country of the application. Some also choose the currency based on their own location.
Currency is clearly marked before all prices. Please look for that on the application pricing page.
Services credit are always charged in USD.
